| Quality has always been an on going process
at Richy Gold (RG), which has brought the international standards
closer, with the world appearing smaller. Each unit that is
manufactured is guaranteed with a promise of quality because
of the total observation of the standard systems that are used. |

| The in-process inspection activities that
are carried out regularly are as per the in-process Quality
Plan. Finished product is inspected as per relevant Finished
Product Quality Plan. Finished product is finally released after
it surpasses all the quality and approval tests. |

| Vendor evaluation and selection is carried out as per stringent
quality, product, manufacturing, service and delivery parameters
to ensure the highest quality raw materials that are used. There
is a regular validation of process, test methods, water and
environment, as well as periodic calibration of all instruments,
to guarantee product output of consistent top quality. |

| We at RG believe that clinical success is achieved only when
the diagnostic skills of clinicians are complemented with the
appropriate therapeutic regimen with precise standards of Quality.
All the machines and instruments are time to time checked for
possible errors and calibrated regularly. Raw materials are
inspected & tested for each consignment against relevant
quality plan and released for production only after its approval
by QCD. |
